Our adult family home offers spacious rooms, quality service, and activities. Our fellowship with others, is a result of sharing common attitudes, interest, and goals. We are a group of interdependent community of different cultures growing and living together in a specified habitat.

MEET THE TEAM
Operations Department
Administrator/Provider
Our Administrator/Provider, Vonnie Smith, holds the following education, certificates, training and experience:
• Medical Specialist and EMT: United States Army
• A.S. Degree and Certificate in Criminal Justice
• B.A. Degree in Law and Justice w/ studies in Psychology and Sociology
• 13-years management experience with individuals with challenging behaviors & forensic difficulties, three (3) years hands-on experience in Supported Living Services/ Aging Adults/Assisted Living, and one (1) year volunteer work experience in Adult Family Home start-up and orientation, and creative policy writing
• CPR/First Aid Training
• AFH Administrator Training
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA
• Manager Mental Health Specialty Training
• Manager Dementia Care Specialty Training
• Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training
Direct Supporting Care Staff
CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR
All caregivers at Atonement House are required (at a minimum) to have, and/or complete:
• CNA/HCA/NAR
• Long-Term Care training
• Nurse Delegation core training
• CPR/First Aid and TB Test
• Food Handler’s Card
• Seven-hour infection control basics including HIV/AIDS and Blood Borne Pathogens training
• Annual Continuing Education courses

Level 3-4 Rate Independent Room
This room is a large private room that comes with individualized entertainment items: cordless remote control adjustable bed, comfortable relaxing chair, desk & chair, cable T.V., large flat screen T.V, and wireless headset (option).

Level 2-3 Rate Room
Our private rooms comes with adjustable beds, flat screen T.V, cable T.V., Relaxing chair, and desk & tablet.
PACKAGE 3
Smaller Private Room
Level 1-2 Rate Room
A small private room with cable T.V., and a desk & chair combination. This room will also come with wireless headset (option).
